Service fee
One fixed fee for structuring and filing
The fee is for our work: choosing the route that fits your capital, reviewing the structure before funds move, and coordinating the filing until your card arrives. It is quoted in writing before you commit. The investment itself is yours and is not part of it.
Pricing
The Investor Pass service fee
The routes have different thresholds and paperwork, so the quote follows your route. What is fixed is our fee, agreed in writing first.
Investor Pass
Our service fee
a fixed service fee quoted in writing — we confirm the scope and separate costs before you commit
Included
- The investment route that fits your capital and goal
- The investment structure reviewed before funds move
- Your filing coordinated end to end
Not included
- Government fees, paid directly to the state
- Apostilles and sworn translations, paid to their providers
- Tax advice for your home country
Kept separate
What is not in our fee
- The investment
- The capital you put into property, a business, instruments or a tourism project belongs to you. The threshold for each route is on the requirements page.
- Government fees
- Official fees go to the Paraguayan state. Apostilles and translations are paid to their providers. We list which apply to your application before you decide.
- Tax and legal advice
- Your own accountant or lawyer advises on obligations in your home country. See Investor Pass and your taxes.

Doing it alone, a cheaper agent, or the full service
Three honest ways to get residency. What differs is who carries the risk, and what is written down before you pay.

After you write
What happens after you message us
No call to book and no sales script. This is the order things happen in.
Straight away
Your message reaches a person
It lands with the team itself: no bot, no call centre. Anton, Yanina or Diana reads it.
Within one working day
A written answer from a named person
We ask the four things that decide your route: your nationality, where you live now, whether you want to move or keep a base, and who applies with you.
The first week
Your route and fixed fee, in writing
Once you have answered: the route that fits, our fixed fee and what it covers, the government and document costs listed separately, and the checklist for your nationality. Nothing starts until you say yes in writing.
The first month
Your documents, in the right order
You gather the documents; send us photos and we tell you what is usable. Apostilles and translations are sequenced so nothing goes stale, and we agree the filing schedule with you.
Document timing depends on the offices in your country. We plan around it with you, never around a promised date.
